Managed the redevelopment and design of the new Vanguard Adviser Website. A website aimed to help Financial Advisers better serve their clients by offering Vanguard products (Managed Funds and ETFs), partner with advisers to help improve their practice management and support improve their client’s financial literacy.I lead the project by collaborating with various stakeholders in IT, Financial Adviser Services, Marketing, Client Experience and Compliance; to deliver a website that not only met internal requirements but was focused on delivering what matters most to our clients.I run usability testing with Australian Financial Advisers, redesigned website IA to improve findability and user pain points, designed wireframes and prototypes in Figma using Vanguard design systems, and showcased incremental designs to stakeholders for review and feedback.The website was successfully launched in July 2023, with high praised internally and externally from Financial Advisers.

Collaborated with the sales team to develop marketing initiatives that better enabled financial advisers to service their clients. My most recent marketing campaign was the launch of Vanguard Adviser Portal pilot, the launch of Vanguard Super, and the financial Adviser Landscape webinar.I conducted regular educational webinars for advisers, this included managing various stakeholders in sales, product, marketing, and compliance to develop content, promotion, webinar management and reporting.Responsible for our regular newsletter, which achieved high engagement and open rate. Regular LinkedIn posts and producing various videos with our agency Visual Domain; such as animations, campaign promos and economic and market outlooks with senior leaders, including scripting, editing, branding and distribution.In 2019 and 2020 I managed Vanguard’s largest client-facing event, the Vanguard Adviser Roadshow, delivering five events across five major cities in Australia. This included developing campaign strategy, messaging and branding, speaker line-up and content, website, social and video content, reporting and lead generation. These events reinforced our brand values, provided educational content to clients and leads for sales to nurture and win over business.

I meet really interesting people and made lifelong friendships.My most outstanding achievement in this trip was completing a 7 day/83km trek in the Chilean Patagonia.
