Karen Armstrong, founder of Inside Out, has had a life long interest in human behaviour and has explored many avenues in her efforts to discover tools and techniques that will support her journey of self development and improvement.While in the corporate world, Karen successfully filled positions in customer service, sales and human resources but noticed that many people were struggling with balance and quality of life issues. In 1997, her quest to understand why we do what we do found expression in the powerful personality system known as the Enneagram. Karen founded Inside Out in 2000.The past 5 years has experienced a shift in our lives and more than ever people are needing to learn personal coping and de-stressing skills. She loves working with individuals who are ready to make a change and empower themselves from the inside out.
