Manages teleradiography, ensuring all images reach/are read by remote facility. Supervises 3 technologists. Provide leadership in organizing, planning, staffing and budgeting the functions related to diagnostic imaging.

Prepared clinic of more than 300 medical staff for initial accreditation by The Joint Commission. Organized 35 mock inspection tracers monitoring 1.5K standards; oversaw more than 150 corrective actions. Authored 35 page prep guide. Briefed leadership on discrepancies and corrective action plans.

Taught 6 week course to mid level enlisted Air Force members; 21 lesson, some of which include: transformational leadership, change management, four lenses, managerial communication, and nuclear enterprise.
