Learn one new thing a day - it seems simple enough.The way to succeed at this is to be open-minded. Hear to listen, don't hear to respond. My personal belief is that the only way to drive business is to try. Don't be afraid to fail, but fail small - pivot if needed. My role in Comcast Advertising gives me that chance partner with some of the brightest in the company to do just that. We could sit back and watch the tv evolution - or we could hop on board. I'd prefer the latter.
