Membership Director
CurrentAs Membership Director, I assist prospective member candidates throughout the membership process which includes providing an in depth orientation when they become members. I continually follow-up with new members to ensure they are enjoying the Club and are comfortable using all the facilities.I am the staff liaison to the Membership and Membership Development Committees. I coordinate several events throughout the year for new members as well as prospective member candidates. I also provide membership data and reports to the Governing Board on a monthly basis.I am responsible for keeping all membership information up to date in the database and informing staff of all relevant changes. In addition, I work closely with the business office whenever members are having financial concerns.The membership director responsibilities are ever changing to adapt to the needs of the membership.
