I’m a trauma informed yoga instructor, meditation practitioner and recovery support specialist. I know from my own lived experience how effective yoga and meditation can be at easing depression, relieving anxiety, and even managing chronic pain. I specialize in slow, gentle, and mindful yoga with a HUGE emphasis on self-compassion. I am also certified in the Invitation to Change Approach - a holistic helping framework based in science and kindness developed by the Center for Motivation and Change.
