I represent clients in intellectual property development and license agreements, co-development and collaboration agreements, outsourcing arrangements, software license agreements, intellectual property asset sales and acquisitions and the strategic review and evaluation of intellectual property assets in connection with join ventures, asset purchases and mergers and acquisitions.
