- Led functional and technical delivery of cross-cloud platform initiative to integrate Service and Commerce Clouds. - Implemented program framework across multiple teams to accelerate decision-making, prioritization and issue resolution. - Provided transparency and visibility into program dependencies, risks and obstacles, and developed mitigation plans to ensure delivery schedule is met.
