With NAB’s equipment finance business being supported by an out of life platform and a desire to grow market share, the key focus of this role is leading the project team for Equipment Finance (EF) platform replacement project and optimisation of the existing operating model. This has included system identification, scoping of business and technical requirements, coordination of the RFI and RFP process, development of an EF product strategy and target operating model including organisational and process design to support the new platform and the business.

Reporting to the Executive (EGM), Business Lending and responsible for leading a direct team of 65 and an indirect team of 50. NAB has Australia’s largest business bank focused on small and medium customer segments ($2m - $50m in footings) and includes private banking for high-net-worth individuals.The key focus of this role was overall accountability for the performance, compliance and distribution of business lending products including term lending, equipment finance and bank guarantees for the Business and Private Bank and where relevant, both the corporate and institutional banks.
