How can we open up decision-making processes to hear the voices of those most affected, embrace other mindsets and ways of knowing, and learn in new ways to collaboratively achieve justice and equity? This is the question that drives me.My work bridges research and practice to tackle the complexities of water-energy-climate governance, focusing on gender equality, disability, and social inclusion (GEDSI) and participatory research methodologies. I have 20 years of experience addressing the intersection of water law and governance, water science, social inclusion, and climate resilience across Western Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia (Mekong Basin), and the California/Mexico border.I hold degrees and professional certifications in Geology, Public International Law, Integrated Water Management, and Nonprofit Leadership and Management. I am an independent consultant, doctoral researcher, and lecturer at the University of Toulouse, Institute of Political Sciences. My transdisciplinary background enables her to analyze and assess complexities and conduct multi-criteria analyses to address trade-offs in human-environment systems.Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I am now based in the Southwest of France.
