Manages and leads the Global Knowledge Management (KM) and Reference team giving direction, support, advice and mentoring. Responsible and accountable for the availability, relevancy and accessibility of quality content and best practice material to support the bid process and customer experience program. Supports and develops KM strategy within the company, developing new systems and continuous enhancements of knowledge librariesFocused on monitoring usage, content, and applicability of processes and applications, rolling out continuous improvements to enhance the user experience.

Manages multiple client engagements and communication programmes within the Innovation Centre (IC) to establish it as a premier events venue within CSC. Manage and establish relationships with IC vendors. Provide annual budget forecasts, monthly reports, invoicing and financial requirements to maintain quality service in IC.

Supported complex bids ranged from $500m - $3.2bn working as a member of the bid team, understanding the client’s requirements, identifying win themes and developing the bid response. Managed multiple RFI responses.

Established the EBD project office to track and monitor bids through the bid lifecycle by creating/ implementing/maintaining business policies, procedures and toolkits.
