I excel at collaborating with our excellent coaches and I enjoy helping leaders stretch their skills in the areas of executive presence, visibility, developing a vision for their organization, networking in a way that is customized to their unique position, personality and organization and creating their own leadership brand. I have a particular passion for working with female leaders and the unique challenges that they face. I work with all industries but have a lot of focus in med tech, bio tech, high tech and internet spaces but have also assisted leaders in such areas as PR, insurance, legal, banking as well as others.
