The StratWell Vision: Turning Awareness and Education into Action! The StratWell Behavior Change Program is designed to provide individuals with the tools of strategic wellness design in group educational forums. This approach encourages interaction, stimulates self-directed creative thought, provides support and creates a local wellness culture. Students are further encouraged to share the message with others at home and appropriately incorporate their families into the process. StratWell students are taught how to create their own strategic wellness plan that is unique to them, in their own words, according to their stage of readiness and efficacy, and create ongoing connections to reliable educational resources and support.

Develop, deliver and refine strategic behavior-based approaches for Financial Wellness Programs. Provide analytical data, population and infrastructure reviews, integrate marketing strategies with measures, and assess program reach, effectiveness and Return on Investment.

Leadership, corporate integration and program refinement of the JSC Wellness Program. Perform data analysis, program review, design and reporting to JSC and NASA Agency management. Develop integrated marketing plans with measures. Design and manage wellness website with over 80% employee population penetration within 3 years. Develop and deliver population specific wellness mentoring, program awareness and education.
