Assisted sister company with negotiations of new union contract and integrated new leader into unionized facility.

Recruitment support including interviews, reference checks, and orientation sessions; coordinated emergency substitute recruitment and training workshops and certifications, attended job fairs, maintained employment web page, postings and recruitment advertising, and presented trainings to staff. Served on Staff Events Committee focusing on wellness and employee engagement.
