About Karen F.

As the Managing Director of Values Based Leadership, I work with multi-national organisations to coach and develop the leadership skills of senior leaders from different backgrounds, cultures, and nationalities. With over 40 years of experience as a leader, an executive coach, and a leadership consultant, I have the depth and breadth of knowledge and practice to help leaders grow and excel in their roles. My mission is to enable leaders to lead with authenticity, integrity, and purpose, and to create positive impacts for their teams, organisations, and society. I have a special interest and expertise in cross-cultural leadership, women in leadership, and remote team leadership, which are essential competencies in today's global and diverse workplace. I also serve as a Vice Chair of Trustees for The Athelstan Trust, a non-profit organisation that supports education in rural areas.
