I made connects between First Call and these new communities. I researched, introduced and engaged new people who have a passion and communality to the work of First Call. Through this engagement with young adults, I connected young professionals to the work of First Call with the mission to find new volunteers, advocates and givers. The involvement with committees planned the annual Gratitude Luncheon and Celebration Evening. This involvement encompassed everything from creating and introductions of new awards, agendas for these two events, recruiting and follow up with volunteer engagement and gift capacity. I have had the privilege of working with a team of professionals and Board members to have the inaugural Young Professional Board be up and running at First Call in summer 2022.

I created relationships with children, high school students and parents. I continue to have relationships with those who trusted me with their children today. I provided education in a relaxed integrated environment. Due to the success of the program, I raised funds and created a training program and increased enrollment of the participants by over 50%. I created a training program geared towards school and college students who worked in the after school care program.
