Now working as Senior HR Consultant with the Menzies HR Services team.Menzies LLP is a leading practice of accountants and business advisers in the south east of England. Most of our client businesses are managed by the people who own them or who originally started them. We provide a bespoke HR service to fit the employee requirement and business objectives. This varies in scope from a one-off project to perhaps update contracts and handbooks or managing a difficult dismissal or settlement agreement, through to providing an in-house HR service to cover the whole range of HR requirements.Our clients don't need a full-time HR manager, but they do need professional support and expertise when required for recruitment, performance management, HR systems, discipline, redundancy, TUPE, etc...

Providing workplace conflict mediation for interpersonal disputes and grievances. Looking for opportunities to deliver conflict resolution training and provide mediation services. Able to deliver management training on having difficult conversations, interpersonal skills and early intervention in conflict situations.All other HR services work is now completed as part of Menzies LLP and I can be contacted there for all types of operational and compliance HR support.

Over the fifteen year working at Heathrow, I experienced a wide range of HR roles covering recruitment, management development, training, managing absence, discipline and poor performance. The last five years were all spent working on change projects involving changes to job roles, org. structures and facilities. This involved team, business partner and trade union consultation. I had a five year break in my employment when we moved to the USA and I did voluntary fundraising and training activities with the American Red Cross.
