Helped clients to identify the markets’ unmet needs and provided the HTA strategic recommendation, learning from the EU HTA submission plus Korea, Taiwan, Australia HTA submission.Pricing Strategy- Identified the adoption of International Reference Price in Malaysia by literature review. Provided market access strategy on the pricing perspective. (e.g. International Reference Price and Therapeutic Reference Pricing)- Successfully managed the intensive project timelines to meet clients’ requirement.

Health Economics Modeling- Conducted a Health Economic model for Oncology drug, focused on the first-line treatment in USA market. Began with the framework designing, followed by the data collection from literature and the internal data; the result (ICER range) suggested a reasonable pricing strategy accordingly.Pricing Strategy- Supported in Tiered Pricing Global Strategy for antipsychotic drug in Middle East West Asia regions. My work contained: identified the potential markets, tested the framework, updated the pricing database, indicated market access barriers, provided pricing strategy for the potential markets. Successfully developed a pricing strategy adapted to the MEWA regions under International Reference Pricing consideration.Global Value Dossier- Worked with vendor for Oncology drug Global Value Dossier by providing professional advices in medical and health economic perspectives; Accomplished a completed, valued global value dossier for worldwide using.Global Public Health- Supported Janssen strategy development in the global health systems dialogue. This project aimed to identify who, where, why, what and how Janssen can join and influence the decision makers. My analysis focused on Universal coverage, private health insurance and longevity risk by doing the company landscape, literature review, media comments search to provide Janssen position message in the future. The outcome was commented as “very valuable” from worldwide VPs in global market access department of JnJ.
