After years of working in a fast driven sales roles I enjoy the pace that working in an ethical care environment provides along with the challenges that brings. As Customer Relationship Manager at Anya Court, I lead and manage the sales and marketing functions of the home. Responsible for nurturing initial enquiries and supporting staff and customers with the transition of care as residents move from their own home to ours. As well as my specific role, I’m also proud to be a ‘Dementia Champion’ delivering Dementia Friends sessions to both team and the general public and so far have made over 600 Dementia Friends. I work closely with the management team to provide strong leadership, ensure that the home is promoted within the county and that the homes’ reputation for relationship-centred care is unprecedented. I support colleagues in the home to ensure that occupancy and revenue targets are exceeded and that all resident moving-in processes are managed on a case by case basis. Successes: Awarded the Sales & Marketing Hallmark Care Homes Award in 2016. Currently studying for ILM Level 5 Certificate Coaching & Mentoring.

As sales & events manager I look after both private and corporate functions and events here at Grosvenor Casino Fiveways.I organise my own monthly networking events and are the venue of choice for regular networking events for the Brummies, 4networking and Circle Events.My aim is to ensure that every event is tailored to suit your specific requirements and that it runs smoothly from initial contact to when the last guest leaves.

After being the first person to be appointed by Fox & Sons as a Senior Negotiator without any previous estate agency experience, I embraced this new industry enthusiastically. I carried out market appraisals and was pro active in closing the business to gain the instruction along with following up all leads for sales.
