-Lead Senior on teams of 2-6; responsibilities include managing field work, planning audit engagements, reviewing and assessing internal controls, providing coaching to engagement team, review of audit work of junior staff, review of financial statements, creation and management of engagement budgets and ensuring field work is completed on time and within budget, as well as assisting with proposals-Current client list is diverse, concentrated in not-for-profit and public sector, as well as private and public companies listed in Canada and the US in the real estate, consumer products and distribution, and pharmaceutical industries-Wide range of experience in complex IFRS and US GAAP issues including impairments and valuations, business combinations and stock based compensation

-Short term assignment in Manhattan, New York-Senior audit experience on large privately-held investment company managing over $27B in funds, focused specifically within real estate private equity funds; Experience in complex US GAAP accounting issues including derivatives and investment valuations

-Responsible for marking and arbitrating non-comprehensive exams for 2014 and 2015 Uniform Final Exams (“UFE”)

-Responsible for marking cases for Master of Professional Accounting graduate students for the following courses: Audit, Finance and Performance Measurement and Reporting

-Analysis of historical data and market trends to forecast customer volumes as key part of the Workforce Management & Budget department, to ensure appropriate front-line staffing levels (comprising over 100+ staff) on an annual, tri-annual and bi-weekly basis.-Created and maintained regular and ad-hoc employee performance and sales data reports for Senior Management and Directors for decision making processes
