Gecko Hospitality is the largest management recruitment company dedicated to the Restaurant and Hospitality industry. I am concentrating my efforts on helping Hotel Managers find new opportunities in Iowa, Eastern Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Delaware and Idaho. As a former Director of Human Resources for Marriott, I certainly have a solid understanding of the challenges that hotels face. I appreciate what it takes to be a great hotelier in this industry: a manager who can lead by example with a customer service focus and drive results to the bottom line. I enjoy challenges and do not accept high turnover as the general nature of hospitality. To me, if you have high turnover, you are continually in "training mode" and cannot deliver exceptional customer service that guests expect. Delivering "exceptional" customer service should be the norm...not the exception.
