• Collaborate with the Director to develop and execute strategies for sustaining, improving, and expanding the ECHO-Chicago program, which annually builds capacity among 300+ primary care providers and healthcare professionals to address common, chronic physical and mental health conditions in underserved communities across Chicago and beyond• Provide high-level administrative support for the ECHO-Chicago program, including oversight of budgetary and contractual activities, development of new program areas, and design and implementation of program evaluation activities• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including community health clinics, professional associations, advocacy organizations, and government agencies• Manage the Centers for Disease Control-funded Hepatitis C Community Alliance to Test and Treat (HepCCATT) project, a multi-level intervention that combines ECHO-Chicago primary care capacity building with case management services and a public health surveillance system in order to significantly reduce rates of undiagnosed and untreated Hepatitis C across Chicago

• Manage an external funding portfolio totaling more than $2.5M per year (including federal, foundation, and corporate grant funding and individual giving) across programs across two departmental sections in the Department of Pediatrics. This includes identifying funding opportunities, writing proposals, developing budgets, writing progress reports, and developing and maintaining funder relationships.• Provide high-level administrative support and oversight of special projects including development of a performance dashboard for the Pediatric Mobile Medical Unit program and creation of an annual report for the ECHO-Chicago program• Oversee data collection and management for the Care2Prevent pediatric and adolescent HIV program, including the development of complex databases in REDCap to facilitate program operations and service delivery• Oversee continuous quality improvement and reporting for Ryan White-funded HIV programs• Supervise 2 student research assistants who support Care2Prevent data projects• Plan and execute an annual fundraiser to support the Care2Prevent program in collaboration with an external advisory board
