About Karen Kleemann

After years of working with students in both the classroom setting and in the public library, I really enjoy connecting to the children/teen/student and I am good at it. My experience includes reference, teaching databases, assisting with finding primary sources for assignments, locating materials within WorldCat, supervising the teen volunteers for 4.5 years, as well as reading advisory for both fiction and non-fiction. I have also assisted with digital and mobile devices to make full use of the library’s offerings including OverDrive, Zinio, 3M and Hoopla. I am also proficient with Millenium and Sirsi Workflows on both the circulation and technical side.
