Manage all aspects of day to day operation of small Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Heating, Cooling repair and installation business.

As the Sr HR Business Analyst and part of the Business Enhancement team I define and create progams based on the SAP HR/Payroll system. The projects enhance and create relevant improvements and upgrades for the Human Resources group across the country.

Practise a generalist role within HR by providing Managers, Supervisors and Employees with advice and counsel and generally respond to their enquiries in accordance with provincial legislation, collective agreements and corporate programs, policies and procedures. Liase with unions, participates in all aspects of the grievance process at the local level as well as participating and facilitating Labour/Management committee meetings. Oversee the soft skills Training Development function for the province. Colloborate with OHS Coordinator to coordinate the Disability Management and Return to Work programs in a timely manner and in accordance with provincial legislation and corporate policies and procedures. Provide assistance to Management by initiating, supporting and overseeing the activities and ongoing administration of the corporate Job Classification and Evaluation Program as well as the unionized Job Descriptions

Responsible for recruitment, training, development of staff within the City of Regina and southern Saskatchewan. Maintain provincial contracts with large department stores to research customers’ credit applications and determine financial credit limits. Ensure payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing were completed in a timely manner. Played an active role in the presentation and procurement of department stores accounts in Regina, Moose Jaw, Prince Albert, Saskatoon, Yorkton and Swift Current. Initiated changes and made decisions that directly affected the professional image and financial standing of the company. Set up initial branch within the City of Regina, then expanded area to include Southern Saskatchewan. Closed branch office and terminated existing employees as required
