My focus on strategic planning, leadership support and executive coaching allows me to meet leaders where they are at and push them to improve and drive better results. I have spent part of my professional career either owning a business or helping others start or grow their own business, as well as speaking on the topic of business planning and entrepreneurship. I understand the struggles and the challenges that leaders face, what makes them successful and how they can effectively and efficiently build a high performance organization.My role as a coach is that of a trusted partner.
