Responsible for the development of a new team to create IT and cyber services

Established the Business Relationship Management (BRM) team within the IT Organization and developed a roadmap for the team to be more embedded into the company’s business functions and align with the market leaders to better understand and drive demand across IT. Promote BRM to ensure it strengthens collaboration and shared ownership across the enterprise so that holistic, innovative, and value-driven initiatives are created to deliver their intended business value. Aligning the BRM team capabilities closely with best-in-class companies through the BRM Institute, a non-profit that helps organizations grow their BRM capability.

Responsible for the global operations of Information Systems and Engineering Systems services, supporting market lines with $1+ billion annual revenues and 4500+ employees operating in 10+ countries.

IT Director within the Business & Technology Solutions group which is primarily focused on Parsons’ project and clients. Primary markets include the US, Canada, Mexico, UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Manage $3M Operating Budget in addition to initiatives ranging from $250K - $3M per project. Five primary areas of focus: Strategic Planning, New Service Development, IT Consulting, Program Management and Business Development Support.

Consulted on IT solution requirements, including scope / price for network, telephony, voice / data circuits, video conferencing, servers, business systems (project controls, document management, dashboards, COTS applications), engineering collaboration, and dedicated resource staff. Mobilized resources on project win, and led transition to Enterprise IT for subsequent delivery. Partnered with Delivery Team leadership to ensure seamless handoff and full customer satisfaction. Identified new internal markets for IS and built high-level relationships. Partnered with Water & Infrastructure Business Development team, including participation in Storyboard sessions.

IS Manager, Parsons Technical Services ContractLed team of 8 direct reports in delivery of IT related services / support for $1.2 B / 10 year technical services support contract. Directed all IT operations including software development, infrastructure, help desk, and data security supporting 600 Client / Project Staff / Partners / users across 13 regional offices. Partnered with leadership to ensure full compliance with client’s software licensing compliance and budget objectives. • Dramatically grew Parsons IS scope from $172K to $1.2M with 2 years. • Spearheaded comprehensive analysis of infrastructure, server, and IT asset management. Served as trusted advisor to client’s leadership, and won $1.49M / 7-month IT upgrade encompassing computers, servers, network, and software - the 1st full upgrade on a project in the client’s history. • Directed complex, multifunctional team of 17 in on time / on budget upgrade delivery. • Identified / resolved absence of comprehensive program Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity plan and critical server / network security issues. • Developed and executed requirements to ensure proof of compliance for software licensing, including full systems scan to identify all software used and comprehensive tracking of all IT assets. • Implemented single project domain, unifying 13 previous domains.• Led major reorganization of IT support including implementation of dedicated regional support model, remote support tools, and centralized help desk. • Successfully developed and mentored existing project Server Administrator to IT Manager role, ensuring seamless transition on promotion to internal Parsons role.
