With over two years of experience as a clinical nurse educator at UCHealth, I am a certified professional coach and nurse retention specialist who helps nurse leaders and future nurse leaders communicate and implement change effectively. I have developed and delivered change management and onboarding programs to improve staff retention and satisfaction within the ambulatory clinics of UCHealth Medical Group in Colorado.In addition, I have recently launched my own freelance coaching enterprise at TheNurseWhisperer.com, where I offer coaching and consulting services to aspiring and existing nurse leaders across the country. My passion is empowering clinical and non-clinical leaders to become confident, effective, and inspirational in their roles, before and after they become a leader in title. By working with clinic leaders and stakeholders, I help them develop the communication and change management skills to inspire and motivate their clinical teams, resulting in improved retention of good staff and quality care for patients.
