Accomplishments:Converted A/P process to paperless while meeting weekly deadlines and ensuring compliance with prompt payment legislation.Duties/Responsibilities:-Manage payables for all city departments-Assure consistent and precise coding for accuracy of financial records and conformity with city budget-Execute cheque and EFT remittance set-up while protecting privacy of vendor and employee banking information-Provide basic analysis, research and processing support to assist with internal management and external vendor inquiries and audit requests-Conduct regular review of workflow to identify and implement process improvements
