• Oversaw, and coordinated data collection and reporting functions, providing funding bodies and other key parties with up-to date data and monthly reports.
• Supported the J2SI teams to provide high level client support during Covid19 lockdown, including the development of business continuity plan.
• Developed and facilitated quality training modules for the J2SI teams.

• Oversaw a high performing team in the North Melbourne office through the provision of Trauma Informed Supervision, as evidenced by staff turnover rates and staff report.
• Provided Trauma Informed supervision to 6 direct reports.
• Implemented the social inclusion and economic participation aspect of the intervention, while collaborating with the Program Manager.
• Worked with the Intensive Case Managers to identify areas that require improvement in their practice, especially in areas of social inclusion and economic participation.
• Supported establishment of new Workforce Participation Worker role, and continuously developed strategies to meet J2SI Economic Participation outcomes.

• Soromundi Commons is a supportive housing project with 3 programs, including shelter for women, transitional housing program and permanent supportive housing.
• Conducted day to day supervision of 3 state funded, and 1 grant funded programs (48 units of supportive housing and a 20 bed women’s emergency shelter).
• Supervised case management staff from each program, and the clinical case manager for shelter.
• Participated in the Shelter Managers Task force through the department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
• Managed strong partnership with high level project partners.
• Designed and implemented monthly reports that contained all measures for each program in a single document, enabling simple access to all necessary data.

As a supportive housing specialist, I worked with Veterans who have an Axis I mental health diagnosis (including chronic substance abuse) in identifying and applying for any housing opportunities they are available for. Once they are housed, the SHS will work as the hub between all providers to ensure that these at risk vets maintain their housing.
