Supporting women in technology through various activities:1. Co-chair for Women at Microsoft Bay Area. Leading Outreach committee to reach beyond internal WAM community, through volunteering or speaking externally, and creating connections with other Professional or Corporate women's groups. 2. Pioneered the "Better Together" Women's Leadership events, starting in 2018. Partnered with external companies like LinkedIn, PayPal and others to bring executive speakers and networking opportunities to 100s of women and allies. 6 events completed, including a virtual event during the pandemic. 3. Co-created and led an internal "Speaker Development Program" - 12 week series, facilitating training and practice sessions to prepare women to advance their public speaking ability to their next level. Graduates accepted to speak at Grace Hopper Celebration and Society of Women Engineers conferences.4. Co-chair for the 2016 Growth Conference (internal 250 guests) held at Microsoft Silicon Valley, which became an annual event led by regional HR5.
