The Customer Contact Center is the primary contact for the rental of Therapy Products and Movable Medical Equipment, as well as providing support for Sales and Service employees and Capital Technical Support after hours. Responsibilities included:Maintaining exceptional customer value that was demanding and changing due to customer expectations and product technology. Received incoming calls from various customers, including hospitals, long term care facilities and home care patients and agencies for assistance with paging out requests regarding Therapy and MME equipment, accessory items, pricing and inventory availability.Answered technical and operational questions, providing information on product features and uses of Therapy and Moveable Medical Equipment. Worked with team members, Sales and Field Service regarding specific issues with customers through resolution of those issues. Displayed initiative in identifying issues and flagging them for timely resolution that included Call Center processes, service and sales functionality, or customer needs.Proficient with Microsoft Office Products to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, JDE, and Lotus Notes-Outlook.Experience includes:* Assisted with transition of business to mid-west operations which included training of Customer Contact Center Representatives in system operations, processes and customer service techniques.* Provided floor support to fellow team members addressing questions, handling escalated customer issues and managing the queues.* Trainer for department: classroom training, one on one training, new hire training, process changes and refreshers * Participated in continuous improvement measures through Kaizen events and lived the philosophy.* Member of the founding Employee Engagement Council.
