A passionate health mentor working with individuals to improve there Health and Wellbeing. Supporting individuals to look at there fitness, nutrition, stress and sleep, how these areas can be improved to achieve there sort and long term goals, delivering individualised progressive periodized programs.My previous experience has given me extensive experience in dealing with people on a one to one basis being diplomatic, persuasive, inspiring confidence in delivery. Managing difficult situations, understanding the client's requirements and planing accordingly to fulfil their needs. In addition to the skills I have gained at work, I have a buoyant positive attitude with people often describing me as the 'half glass full' person. I have a wealth of personal fitness experience, actively trained and participated in various sports including, kayaking, climbing, cycling, adventure racing, orienteering, mountaineering and most recently triathlon. In triathlon I have completed events over 3 different distances, sprint, olympic and middle distance. I have a passion for fitness and believe that exercise should be seen as a life commitment, building it into our daily lives making it as easy as possible to achieve the goals we set. I am furthering my experience by continued learning, currently in year 4 of a 5 year BS Degree in Sports and Fitness course with the Open University.
