My background also allows me to understand group dynamics and communication patterns which in turn helps improve team cohesion and performance within military settings.I am currently working in the DF Organisational Psychologist Office where I am heavily involved in:1. The selection and recruitment process for new members of the DF;2. Administration of psychometric tests;3. Administration of, and providing feedback on Personality tests;4. Providing Interview Board training for internal competitions.
