Responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the enterprise solution. Responsible for developing code, software testing and deployment, and quality assurance. Coordinates and organizes AMC G-8 GCSS-Army Integrated Planning Team. Performed logistics management functions involving the planning, coordinating, and evaluation of logistical actions supporting the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP). LMP is one of the world’s largest ERP implementations, leveraging the technology of SAP to fully integrate the Army’s supply-chain activities. Performed both technical and functional analysis in the system planning, development and operation of LMP. Provided post-implementation support activities to business users on MM. Assisted in identifying the resource and technical requirements necessary to support specific programs and correlated these requirements with plans to ensure mission requirements were accomplished. Reviewed and analyzed requirements for automated information systems and coordinated the policy and guidance needed for automated information requirements development. Responsible for the development of multiple documents required for support provided by contractor staff including Statement of Work (SOW) development and analysis of contractor provided services.

As the Lead Business Analysis for PLM Data Migration on the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), I determined functional requirements, tracked status of issues, assisted users with business validation and cycle testing. Gathered and analyzed requirements and translated them into detailed functional and technical specifications. Reported timely and detailed status reports of all work units assigned. Represented CSC in conferences, committees, and working groups on matters pertaining to logistics management and requirements development.
