Cornell NorCal has 11,000 alumni in the SF Bay Area. As member of the board of directors, I plan events for community service, family and singles age 35+. Events range from the community service food bank, beach cleanup, to an Elephant Seal Hike of Ano Nuevo to a cooking class. I also recruit and mentor the next generation of Cornell alumni leaders. Four of my mentees have gone on to become members of the board of directors.

Recruit and place primarily Stanford students to students in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Atherton, Los Altos.

Managed the Upjohn and Dannon accounts. This included creative, research and media projects. Determined competitive advertising, determined strategy, brand personality and coordinated the production of advertising on time, on budget.

Developed media strategies and plans that were presented to the corporate NYNEX client. Evaulated, planned and negotiated advertising media which included print, television, cable, radio and outdoor advertising. Initiated spreadsheet models to analyze media alternatives. Wrote agency recommendations on media opportunities.
