I led an international team of designers and engineers in a replatforming effort to provide an improved set of SaaS tools for casting directors globally.Conceived and defined a single end-to-end application to replace five application instances of three legacy platforms, featuring the implementation of over 400 user stories across 75 pages.Met and communicated frequently with internal stakeholders from customer support to the executive team to ensure transparency and alignment in the design and user testing phases.Worked with GLAAD on the best way to inclusively represent gender & identity on performer profiles.Collaborated w/ teams in Ukraine, Russia, India and Poland using scrum, waterfall and kanban methodology.Analyzed usage trends and utilized behavioural tracking to discover pain points with Sisense and Heap.Managed beta testing and release of 6 versions of native macOS / iOS audition media capture and management application FastCapture™ through Apple’s App Store. Wrote and designed internal and client facing walkthroughs, tutorials and documentation for training and user onboarding.

Responsibilities include recruiting and discovering new writing talent, organizing staffing for the event and coordinating press and promotions.Executive Producer of Faster Class (2011)- Faster Class is a new web-series designed to introduce and explore the art of being a working actor in theatre. Recruiting actors to interview, directing and editing the series, promoting the videos online and maintaining fan interaction.
