Karen Denise Polanco was born and raised in El Paso Texas, She is a Hanks High School graduate and a graduate from UT Arlington where she majored in Business and Travel and Tourism. She has been in the Hospitality Industry for over 17 years. Her main positions were both in Sales and Marketing and Operations. She spent 10 years with Marriott Hotels, 3 years with Hilton, and 3 years with Wyndham Hotels. This does not include 3 boutique hotels where she opened from ground breaking and up. Through all of her success she was also able to obtain her Real Estate License in 2011. She has worked with Century 21 The Edge, Majestic Realtors and Bella Homes, Keller Williams and for the last 3 years has been with Home Pros Real Estate Group where she runs Team Haus with 4 agents. Karen has worked all aspects of Real Estate working with buyers, sellers, rentals, commercial, builders, and even non-profit organizations.Her main goal is to take all of her Hospitality management experience and start her own team in which she incorporates all the aspects of hospitality into her Real Estate Business.
