Senior Consultant Project Delivery Team Lead
Current• Manage team of consultants• Drive revenue with a focus on client experience.• Responsible for entire project contract, planning and implementation• Oversee the Construction Coordinators in providing direction and oversight for contractors at the worksite• Oversee the project management database including billing/invoicing/timekeeping• Oversight of costs including scope, budgets, and scheduling from kick-off through commissioning and final acceptance by customers• Work and resolves issues with the contractor• Analyze customer and operational needs• Track, compile and organize data related to generating costs, budgets and schedules• Oversee the Project Manager in the development and implementation of standardized project documentation and directives for the project• Determine and communicate acceptable variances in procedures for specific projects• Identify new process improvements and technical changes that address customer communication needs• Responsible for timely completion of project completion reports identifying project lessons learned, project cost variances and causes, project schedule variances and causes, project performance accuracy and customer satisfaction
