I have been actively involved in the ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) field since the age of 16. In 2019, I obtained my RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification and have since dedicated myself to this profession. Additionally, I have served as an Office Manager for over 2 years, during which I have managed payroll and overseen a team of more than 20 RBT employees. My responsibilities also include managing schedule changes, handling billing processes, and performing various administrative tasks essential to the company’s operations. I also manage our companies social media's such as TikTok, instagram, and Facebook.
