Made the decision to join the L'Oréal Digital team in 2016, embracing the chance to future-proof my career and transition into the digital realm. Led the redesign of L'Oréal Consumer Brands SFMC Data infrastructure, working with Salesforce solution architects, marketing teams, and third-party agencies, which led to better data integrity and effective customer segmentation.

- Designed B2B business planning strategies to ensure forecast alignment between L'Oréal and Australia's leading health, beauty and wellbeing retailer.- Assisted the L'Oréal Supply Chain Manager with the design and roll-out of L'Oréal's Integrated Business Planning framework and assigned roles and responsibilities (RACIs) to all key organisational functions.- Won 2015 and 2016 Beauty Supplier of the year award (criteria: Collaborative Business Planning and Supply chain management).

- Developed B2B sales strategy for YLS, Giorgio Armani and Designer Brands with full P&L responsibility.- Built analytical tools and provided training and daily direction to 15 State Sales Managers to drive best-in-class customer service.- Led YSL business development and expansion within Mecca, one of Australia's leading online cosmetic retailers.
