After more than 20 years of yoga practice, I followed my heart graduating as a Yoga Alliance certified 200hr RYT yoga instructor. My intention is to share the joy of mind-body empowerment by leading welcoming, warm, and challenging classes (level appropriate, group and private) which bring well-being along with self-care to fellow yoga practitioners. All classes incorporate a blend of Vinyasa, Power, Flow, Ashtanga, breath work and meditation with a background of interesting and inspiring music.

Attention at all times to partner and partner's constituent's online marketing efforts to bring about effective engagement equating to revenue growth for both partner and Constant Contact while increasing retention. Strong understanding of unique characteristics of SMB marketplace; inspired by relationship development from developer to C-level. The depth and breadth of my skills in marketing, PR, sales, public speaking and education, give me the unique ability to build partnerships and community relationships. These skills were honed from working with corporations, nonprofit organizations and government agencies developing and implementing high impact programs and campaigns.

Through the unique and one-of-a-kind marketing education no other organization has been able to replicate, I spoke to thousands of individuals, small businesses and community leaders plus led a team of local speakers, all with the mission of getting small businesses, non-profits and associations excited about the limitless potential for business development through email marketing and engagement marketing. In addition, the implemetation of social media marketing and best practices for doing so was a major part of the evangilistic approach taken to education thousands of SMBs throughout the US and ultimatley worldwide. The goal was to help businesses grow their sales and increase customer loyalty. Created programs and presentations to inform and inspire which were shared by the entire organization.

Lead PR effort and event management. Worked with in-house staff, management and Board of Directors. Responsible for managing all aspects of volunteer effort, event planning, budgeting, communications, overall production and operations, site planning, selection and contract negotiation, publicity, and press relations and vendor and venue coordination. *KSR Consulting was in operation from January 1990 - January 1995; contract and volunteer work continued through 2009.
