- Responsible for reporting on application incidents and follow up- Responsible for reporting on small enhancement prioritization and follow up- Responsible for auditing procedural adherence and documentation completeness for fixes and small enhancement development- Responsible for AMS SLA reporting, resource utilization and forecasting- Follows up and reviews the progress of team members’ work- Assists in managing the SAP AMS provider(s)- Collaboratively works across teams / stakeholders to address system issues / requirements- Helps users define small enhancement requirements, priorities, etc.- Proactively interacts with deployments to identify potential risks to recommend and execute required mitigation plan(s)

-Understand specific business needs and overall business strategy of the business customer-Analyze, determine, and document functional requirements-Provide detailed definitions on how the applications will support business requirements-Interpret user requirements into design-Assist in the design of the SAP configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements-Configure the SAP system to match the design-Complete all appropriate documentation required by the programmers, testers, deployment team, and application management team that will maintain the application-Identify and solve problems and incidents in SAP SD-Supports clients from Asia, EMEA, and NAR regions
