I currently work at Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service in the Property Department, we are responsible for the maintenance of 39 fire stations, Headquarters and Training Centre. My main responsibilities include raising orders for reactive and planned maintenance, I liaise with our contractors and staff making sure all work is being carried out to an acceptable standard. I ensure that all statutory requirement records are up to date and estimated spends and reported works are up to date.I have achieved my Level 3 Certificate in Facilities Management with the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) and I am currently doing my Level 4 Diploma as of August 2022.
