This included working with the team to set values and behaviours that promoted robust conversations around what the players stood for and how this was demonstrated both on and off the court. We were committed to creating a culture of mutual respect, accountability and transparency within the team and coaching group. Highlights included the Adelaide Thunderbirds winning the Trans Tasman Netball League ANZ Championship in 2013. In 2017, Dan Ryan, Head Coach invited AltoPEOPLE to return to the club after a two year break to work with him along with Jane Woodlands Thompson for 2018.
