Early stage - by helping you validate product market fit, define your brand strategy and target audience, and act as the voice of your customer. I function as your UX/UI lead for your Product and Development teams as you build out your solutions. I also offer operational and team leadership expertise by acting as an objective business advisor and mentor to founders and CEOs2. Growth stage - once you have found product market fit, I'll help you develop marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive leads, conversions and customer acquisitions, and build and train your marketing staffMy ideal client is a non-marketing founder or CEO who is currently wearing too many hats with not enough functional expertise in key functions such as strategy, marketing, customer experience and operations.
