In 2018, Karen joined Atour Lifestyle as VP of Branding, a top Hotel and Lifestyle group in China, where under her leadership, the company achieved a successful IPO (NASDAQ:ATAT) in November 2022.Karen holds an MSc from the prestigious University of Surrey, UK, and a degree from Les Roches Hospitality and Business Management program in Switzerland.
