    My initial role was to re-open the failed "Taunovo Bay Resort" as the "Nanuku Resort", Fiji. I was head hunted for this position, on recommendation of Mike Freed of Post Ranch Inn for whom I had previously helped turnaround the Jean Michel Cousteau Resort to an award winning internationally acclaimed resort. I created a first ever concept for Nanuku in Fiji Nanuku which focussed on Food Safari Adventure and kids club. Pre-opening responsibility included completing the interior design, landscaping and creating unique standard operations strategies. HR and staff training as well responsibility for setting the budget. My role transitioned into a new focus on operations and management of the resort. Nanuku won Trip Advisor award for excellence and best food Fiji in our first year before it became part of the luxury brand Auberge Resorts. Training the team to deliver amazing, professional guest experiences with the extraordinary hospitality of the Fijian people is always a great privilege and pleasure.

Nanuku offers a striking, highly executed, Fijian architectural style.Situated at the Adventure Capital of Fiji, with world class golf, surfing, shark diving, snorkelling, river rafting, and fishing, Nanuku offers complete amenities with yoga, spa, gym and trainer, hair salon and Creative Activities bure, all ages are catered for, all year.Completed 5 minute movie, by creating the storyboard and direction of Nanuku promotional video filmed by Magnum Productions.
