Meets with clients annually to determine if their insurance needs are being met, or if other plans would be more suitable. -Provides service to clients’ insurance needs by providing voluntary life and supplemental benefits. -Specializes in utilizing EPIC and Salesgenie to develop clientele and generate lists of prospective clients. -Conducted virtual, face-to-face, and group presentations and provided detailed explanations of policy guidelines and benefits to clients and their families.-Utilizes Insurance Quoting Software and calculates premiums and establishes payment method.-Develop marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or companies who provide insurance. -Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs, the physical condition of the person to be insured, and to discuss any existing coverage. -Monitor insurance claims to ensure they are settled equitably for both the client and the insurer. -Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records, handling policy renewals, and plans and oversees incorporation of insurance program into the bookkeeping system of the company.
