I am a Reiki Master/Teacher with a background in the NHS and qualified as a Life Coach, an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner. I currently work with clients using an holistic approach through energy healing. I also teach Reiki (Usui Shiki Ryoho) to all levels from Level One to Master level. I run workshops with an emphasis on self-help to address such issues as anxiety, stress, low self-esteem and weight loss.
