About Karen Thomas

I had over 30 years experience working in the NHS within community mental health and transferred these skills into my own business. I am a Reiki Master/Teacher, Shamanic healer, EFT practitioner and accreditated Life Coach. The essence of the therapies and training I offer is promoting and enhancing wellbeing and health from a holistic and spiritual perspective. I love running and facilitating workshops that encourage others to expand their physical and mental health thus contributing to lower stress and anxiety levels, improved mood and balanced lifestyles.I work with individuals, groups and organisations to promote good health.
