I'm passionate about influencing change and evolution of organisations into more conscious, sustainable, vibrant and impactful places to work. I am interested in new models of work, radical re-design of how work is done, idea generation into realisation, unleashing people's innate potential and breaking down barriers between organisations, government, NGOs and society to build more connected communities who can solve local complex societal issues. What I do:- Help CEO's and C-suite leaders make sense of the dynamics and patterns present in the organisation, how it is helping or hindering their aspirations and design a plan to evolve- Advise and support the design on future oriented people & org strategy with CPO- Inspire and motivate leaders with what is possible for the organisations they lead- Bring emerging, disruptive, system and future-oriented thinking relating to the future of work to leaders and Boards - Educate leaders and board members around organisational health, mitigating risks, evolving cultures and creating healthier dynamics for greater performance and sustainability.I have led strategic OD functions and org transformation at IBM, Visa, REA Group, Bupa, Avanade and AIA. I align and drive a vision for growth and transformation and create visible, meaningful links between our purpose, strategy and culture to optimise outcomes while remaining true to who we are. I observe first, then make sense of what I observe and design sustainable org and people strategies to allow people to thrive. I have delivered significant people and org transformation programs, re-designed organisations for the future, measured culture and designed sustainable cultural evolution programs, designed leadership programs, built human-led EX programs, influenced and evolved business strategy ensuring alignment to purpose and always lead with conviction, belief and heart - allowing others to tap into theirs as well.I have a tech background, deep expertise in organisational behaviour, systems thinking, leadership and cultural evolution, I love working with and advising CEO's and C-suite leaders, I have a strong understanding of commercials and business strategy and the ability to influence thinking, create vision and clarity and lead transformative change.I have worked in very large global organisations, but also with start ups and companies experiencing rapid growth. I am a change agent and bring passion, belief and energy to all the work I engage in.
